What do we do?
We work with organisations to determine their unique culture and values, what kind of graduate they are looking for and who would fit best with their organisational requirements.
It is important for us to determine and assess your personality, values and your individual preferences.
We utilise a range of psychometric tools to shortlist and assess graduates, including psychometric testing, to determine values, personality and what kind of organization each graduate would like to work for.
The most important part of our service is the matching.
Utilising information from both sides, we then “match” you to an organisation to ensure a good culture fit.
We also provide you with information to ensure you are “job ready” – what to expect in the workplace, appropriate behaviours etc.
We recruit on an ongoing basis throughout the year, with placings dependent on the companies that come to us when they are looking for a graduate, so work commencement times vary.

We currently recruit for the following industries:
- Construction (Commercial and Residential)
- Oil and Gas
- Accounting Firms
Who do we recruit?
We are currently recruiting across the following disciplines:
- Engineering
- Accounting and Finance
- Architecture
- IT
We recruit graduates who are looking to start working in a number of time frames:
- within the next 3 months
- at the end of the year (end of uni)
- at the start of 2010
- middle or end of 2010
- 2011
You will need to meet the pre-requisite selection criteria outlined below.
Selection criteria:
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
- Bachelor degree in any of the above disciplines with a proven academic record at a high level (completed within the last 12 months or completing within the next 24 months)
- Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork and analytical skills
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Desire to work for an organisation that is a match to your values and preferences and building a long term career with that company

What happens after I apply?
Your application will be assessed to determine if you meet all pre-requisites. Once all criteria is met, you will then be further assessed and if deemed suitable, placed within our graduate pool.
Organisations come to us looking for graduates with your qualifications. We will assess your suitability and match you to an organisation that meets your individual requirements and you meet theirs.
This is a very in-depth and detailed process. But it is because we believe in the importance of a culture fit – both for the long term satisfaction for you and your success within the organisation.
